About this resource
This initiative provides breast and cervical cancer screenings and diagnostic services through a network of providers, focusing on reducing the cancer burden through early identification, risk assessment, education, and facilitating access to medical treatment.

Who can use this
- -Individuals aged 18-39 requiring breast or cervical cancer diagnostic services (as determined by a clinician) -Individuals aged 40 and above needing breast or cervical cancer screening and/or diagnostic services -Residents or those intending to reside in Oregon -Household income at or below 250% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL) -Must be uninsured or have insufficient insurance coverage Men of any age displaying symptoms of breast cancer qualify for breast and genetic services. U.S. citizenship is not a prerequisite for participation in the ScreenWise program.
