This program provides support for applying to the Oregon Health Plan (OHP), Medicaid programs, Qualified Health Plans, and financial assistance via the Oregon Health Insurance Marketplace. It also assists individuals in reporting changes, submitting necessary documents, and addressing complex issues. Additionally, it offers referrals and guidance to access health and social services as required.
