Community Connection Of Northeast Oregon Inc
Community Resource
About this resource
This initiative provides in-home care for eligible seniors residing in their own homes. Services encompass housekeeping, personal care, laundry, shopping, and meal preparation. Additionally, case management is available to assist older adults in making informed and cost-effective choices regarding their care requirements. The number of service hours per individual varies based on assessed needs and local funding, typically ranging from 5 to 20 hours monthly. Scenarios where Oregon Project Independence may be beneficial include situations where a person needs personal and home care due to an injury or illness, or when recovering at home after hospitalization. Intake Procedure: Interested individuals should call or check the website for further details; note that some services might have a waitlist. Fees: Charges are determined on a sliding scale, based on the household's monthly income minus monthly medical expenses.
