Who can use this
- To qualify for WIC, applicants must meet four criteria: reside in Oregon (US citizenship is not a requirement), be pregnant, postpartum, or breastfeeding, or have a child under 5 years old (fathers, foster parents, and guardians can apply for eligible children), have a household income below 185% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL), and have a nutritional risk assessed during the appointment.
