About this resource
Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) is a holistic method of delivering community mental health services. It is designed for outpatients whose mental health symptoms hinder their ability to function in various aspects of life, including work, social interactions, and overall well-being. The program offers a range of services such as case management, medication oversight, skills development, and support for social skills and group activities.
Intake Procedure: Contact us to obtain information and set up an appointment.
Fees: We accept Medicaid (OHP), Medicare, and the majority of private insurance plans. For those without insurance, we provide sliding scale fees and payment plan options.
