The services provided include routine physical examinations, sports physicals, treatment for illnesses and injuries, screenings for vision, dental, and blood pressure, immunizations, mental health services, age-appropriate reproductive health care, routine laboratory tests, management of prescription medications, and education on health, fitness, and nutrition.
Intake Procedure: Contact to schedule an appointment.
Fees: Costs vary depending on the service. They accept OHP, certain private insurances, and offer sliding scale fees. No student will be refused service due to financial constraints.
