Offers rental assistance based on tenant needs for households that are extremely low-income, experiencing homelessness, and include at least one adult member with a disability.

Intake Process: Applicants must be referred by a social service provider when funding becomes available and fill out an application during the designated application period. There is no waitlist maintained.

Fees: There are no fees associated with this program.

Who can use this

To qualify, households must: - Be classified as very low-income - Be chronically homeless, defined as currently living in a place not intended for habitation (such as streets or vacant buildings) for at least one year or having experienced four episodes of homelessness within the last three years. This does not include those at risk of future homelessness or those staying temporarily with family or friends. - Include at least one adult member with a disability, which is characterized by a long-term physical, mental, or emotional impairment that significantly hinders the ability to live independently and could be alleviated by better housing conditions.
