About this resource
This initiative provides breast and cervical cancer screenings and diagnostics via a network of healthcare providers. It aims to lessen the cancer burden by promoting early detection, risk assessment, education, and connecting individuals to medical care.
Intake Procedure: Call to schedule an appointment.
Fees: No charges apply.
Who can use this
- -Individuals aged 18-39 requiring diagnostic services for breast or cervical cancer (as determined by a clinician) -Individuals aged 40 and above needing screening and/or diagnostic services for breast or cervical cancer -Must reside or plan to reside in Oregon -Household income must be at or below 250% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL) -Must be uninsured or possess insurance that does not sufficiently cover their needs Men of any age showing symptoms of breast cancer qualify for breast and genetic services. Citizenship in the United States is not a requirement for participation in the ScreenWise program.
