This service provides both in-person and virtual consultations with licensed behavioral health professionals, focusing on issues such as alleviating anxiety and depression, managing family dynamics and parenting, enhancing relationships, coping with stress, improving sleep quality, establishing healthy habits, dealing with illness or injury, addressing alcohol and substance use, and navigating grief and loss.

Fees: Charges vary depending on the service. They accept OHP, Medicare, and private insurance, and offer a sliding scale discount for those without insurance.
