About this resource
This initiative provides screenings and diagnostic services for breast and cervical cancer via a network of healthcare providers. It aims to lessen the impact of cancer through early detection, risk assessment, education, and connecting individuals to necessary medical treatment.
Intake Procedure: Call to schedule an appointment.
Fees: No charges.
Who can use this
- - Individuals aged 18-39 in need of breast or cervical cancer diagnostic services (as assessed by a clinician) - Individuals aged 40 and older requiring breast or cervical cancer screening and/or diagnostic services - Must reside or plan to reside in Oregon - Household income must be at or below 250% of the federal poverty level - Must be uninsured or have insufficient insurance coverage Men of any age showing symptoms of breast cancer are eligible for breast and genetic services. Citizenship in the United States is not a requirement for participation in the ScreenWise program.
