This program provides a variety of services to seniors and adults with disabilities, including investigations into abuse, assessments, case management, and the administration of SNAP (food stamps), Oregon Supplemental Income Program (OSIP)/Medicaid, Medicare Savings Programs, along with information and referrals to other coordinated services.
Intake Procedure: -You can walk in or call for further details -Certain programs may require an in-person or phone interview -Individuals reporting abuse or neglect can contact the Adult Protective Services hotline.
Fees: No fees are charged.

- Individuals aged 60 and above, as well as adults with disabilities who are 18 or older.
