This program offers help for overdue bills related to electricity, natural gas, and heating fuels such as propane, wood, oil, and pellets. However, assistance is not guaranteed and is subject to funding availability.

Who can use this
- Households earning 60% or less of the State Median Income
Documents you may need
- Social Security numbers for all household members who have one and identification for anyone age 18 and older, such as a driver's license, state ID card, or a letter showing the person's name and address. For electric, gas, or water assistance, a copy of the bill is preferred, but some individuals may be able to receive assistance without one on a case-by-case basis.
