This program offers temporary rental aid to help prevent eviction or assist with move-in costs, which includes a rent deposit. The medium-term rental subsidies encompass a deposit, ongoing rental assistance, and case management along with supportive services.
To apply, individuals can either visit the website or call for further details. Referrals for medium-term rental subsidies are handled through Coordinated Entry.
There are no fees associated with these services.
Who can use this
- To qualify for all services, individuals must earn no more than 80% of the Area Median Income. For short-term assistance, proof of need is required (such as significant income loss, overdue rent, or an eviction notice), while medium-term assistance is available for those experiencing literal homelessness or at risk of becoming homeless, with income eligibility varying.
