This program offers breast and cervical cancer screenings and diagnostics through a network of providers to promote early detection and access to treatment.
Intake Procedure: Call to schedule an appointment.
Fees: No charges.
Who can use this
- - Individuals aged 18-39 requiring breast or cervical cancer diagnostic services (as determined by a clinician) - Individuals aged 40 and above needing breast or cervical cancer screening and/or diagnostic services - Must reside or plan to reside in Oregon - Household income must not exceed 250% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL) - Must be uninsured or have insufficient insurance coverage Men of any age showing symptoms of breast cancer qualify for breast and genetic services. Citizenship in the United States is not a prerequisite for participation in the ScreenWise program.
