About this resource
This program assists with the scheduling of appointments for food pantry visits, blood pressure screenings, dental and vision check-ups, general wellness services, and mammograms. It also offers a limited supply of essential personal care products like soap, shampoo, and toothpaste. Note that individual food pantries may restrict the number of times a household can collect a food box each month.
Intake Procedure: Individuals can walk in, call for a pre-screening, or set up an appointment.
Travel/Location: The service is located near the Nike campus at the intersection of Murray and Walker Road, directly across from Barnes Elementary School at 13565 SW Walker Road, Beaverton, OR 97005, accessible via bus line 62.
Fees: There are no associated costs.
