This program offers a community shelter where clients can access case management services aimed at fostering self-sufficiency and addressing barriers to permanent housing.
Intake Procedure: To begin, please call for an appointment. Referrals are processed through Community Connect, which is the coordinated entry system managed by Community Action of Washington County.
Fees: There are no fees associated with this service.
Who can use this
- Eligible participants include families with children aged 0-18 and pregnant women, who must commit to being drug and alcohol free during their stay.
