About this resource
This program provides outpatient services for youth and their families dealing with alcohol and drug issues, along with integrated mental health care. Services are accessible within the community, including educational institutions. Additionally, there is a bilingual and culturally tailored outpatient program specifically for Latino youth and their families.

Travel/Location: Accessible via TriMet bus 48 on Cornell Road
Fees: Costs vary by program. Most LifeWorks Northwest programs accept OHP/Medicaid and Medicare, while some offer services to uninsured individuals based on a sliding scale.

- Youth aged 12-18 (or 19 if still enrolled in high school) and their families.
