About this resource
This service provides mental health evaluations, psychiatric case management, and medication management. Additional offerings include family therapy, individual therapy, parenting assistance, school consultation, and home-based services.
Intake Procedure: Contact us for intake and eligibility assessment.
Travel/Location: Accessible via TriMet bus lines 52 and 57.
Fees: We accept OHP and select private insurance plans.
