The services offered include routine physical examinations, sports physicals, treatment for illnesses and injuries, vision and hearing tests, blood pressure checks, vaccinations, mental health services, age-appropriate reproductive health care, routine laboratory tests, management of prescription medications, as well as education and promotion of health, fitness, and nutrition.

Intake Procedure: Please call to schedule an appointment.

Travel/Location: The Merlo Rd/SW 158th Ave MAX Station is situated a few blocks from the school and is serviced by the Blue Line.

Fees: The facility accepts OHP and select private insurance plans, with sliding scale fees available. No student will be denied services due to an inability to pay.
