About this resource
This program provides screenings and diagnostic services for breast and cervical cancer via a network of healthcare providers. It aims to mitigate the impact of cancer through early detection, risk assessment, education, and facilitating access to medical treatment.
Intake Procedure: Schedule an appointment by phone.
Travel/Location: Accessible via TriMet #67 at the Jenkins & Cedar Hills Crossing Driveway.
Fees: No costs involved.
Who can use this
- -Individuals aged 18-39 requiring diagnostic services for breast or cervical cancer (as assessed by a clinician) -Individuals aged 40 and above needing screening and/or diagnostic services -Residents or those planning to reside in Oregon -Household income at or below 250% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL) -Must be uninsured or possess insufficient insurance coverage Men of any age exhibiting breast cancer symptoms qualify for breast and genetic services. U.S. citizenship is not a prerequisite for participation in the ScreenWise program.
