This clinic provides eye and vision examinations to the public on an appointment-only basis. They conduct thorough assessments for glasses and contact lenses, with each exam lasting approximately 90 to 120 minutes.
Intake Procedure: Schedule an appointment by phone.
Travel/Location: The clinic is conveniently located near a TriMet bus route 57 stop, just a short walk away.
Fees: Most vision and medical insurance plans are accepted, including Medicare, Blue Cross/Blue Shield (depending on the specific plan), and the Oregon Health Plan/Care Oregon Plan (Plus and Standard). For those who are financially disadvantaged and lack insurance coverage, various reduced fee and payment options are available.
