Who can use this

  • Applicants must satisfy all of the following conditions: -Ages 3-21 -Eligible for free public education up to grade 12 and have not yet graduated or received a GED -Relocated in the past 36 months due to economic necessity from one residence to another and from one school district to another OR to accompany a parent, guardian, or spouse who is a migratory agricultural worker or fisher -Must have engaged in new qualifying temporary or seasonal work in agriculture or fishing within 60 days post-move -Must have less than 12 months of employment in agricultural or fishing sectors.
