About this resource
This program provides a variety of treatment options for substance abuse, encompassing both general and intensive approaches. Services include family and individual therapy, assessments, individual and group counseling, medication-assisted treatment, toxicology testing, DUII services, care coordination, and case management.

Travel/Location: Located at Tuality Hospital MAX Station at the intersection of 8th and Washington.
Fees: We accept OHP and private insurance, and offer sliding scale fees for those without insurance.
Who can use this
- Individuals aged 18 and above; may include those involved in child welfare or criminal justice cases.
Documents you may need
- Insurance information, if applicable. Proof of income if applying for sliding scale fees.
