About this resource
Outpatient Mental Health Services offer a variety of therapeutic options, mental health evaluations, treatment planning, medication oversight, skills development, and consultations. Community-based services may also be available as required.
Intake Process: Please call to initiate intake.
Location/Travel: Accessible via TriMet Bus 57, stopping at the intersection of SW Oak and SW Armco.
Costs: Fees differ by program. Most LifeWorks Northwest services accept OHP/Medicaid and Medicare, and some programs cater to uninsured individuals or provide free or reduced-cost services.
