About this resource
This program offers outpatient services addressing drug and alcohol use disorders for youth and their families, incorporating integrated mental health care. Services are accessible within the community, including at schools. Additionally, there is a bilingual, culturally tailored outpatient program designed for Latino youth and their families.
Intake Process: Please call to initiate intake.
Location/Travel: Accessible via TriMet Bus 57, stopping at the intersection of SW Oak and SW Armco.
Fees: Costs vary depending on the program. Most LifeWorks Northwest programs accept OHP/Medicaid and Medicare, and some services offer a sliding scale for uninsured individuals.

- Youth aged 12-18 (or 19 if still enrolled in high school) and their families.
