About this resource
This organization provides comprehensive primary care services that encompass treatment for both acute and chronic health issues, annual check-ups for both children and adults, vaccinations, mental health assessments, evaluations for alcohol and drug use, and educational resources about health. Additionally, reproductive health services are available, including testing and treatment for STIs/ STDs, pregnancy tests, and Pap smears. They also assist individuals in applying for Medicaid (OHP) and private insurance via the Federal Health Exchange.

Travel/Location: Accessible via TriMet bus line 48 on NE Cornell Road and bus line 52 on 185th.
Fees: They accept OHP (Trillium, CareOregon, Yamhill, and Open Card), Medicare, and the majority of private insurance plans. A sliding scale fee is offered, and for those without insurance, a $25 down payment is required for the initial visit.
