About this resource
This agency, certified by the Housing and Urban Development (HUD), offers a mortgage foreclosure prevention program that includes counseling for prevention, advocacy with lenders, financial management, and loss mitigation. Additionally, it provides pre-purchase home ownership counseling and workshops covering topics such as preparing for home ownership, securing a mortgage, home shopping, closing procedures, insurance for investments, and the responsibilities of being a homeowner. The agency also offers reverse equity counseling for senior homeowners.

Travel/Location: We are situated on the south side of Tualatin Valley Highway, conveniently located between Hillsboro and Cornelius, and accessible via TriMet bus line #57, with westbound stops at Baseline and Valley View, and eastbound stops at Baseline and 345th.
