Who can use this
- -Must adhere to income criteria -The City of Cornelius program can assist with a maximum of 2 bills, totaling up to $300 within a 12-month timeframe -Hillsboro water customers need prior approval from the water district before applying for aid, with assistance available once a year -Sherwood residents must obtain approval from the City of Sherwood prior to applying for assistance, which is typically limited to once per year, though additional requests may be made -The water bill must be under the applicant's name -A shut-off notice is required.
