About this resource
This program provides screenings and diagnostics for breast and cervical cancer through a network of providers, working to lessen the cancer burden through early detection, risk assessment, education, and connections to medical treatment.
Intake Procedure: Call to schedule an appointment.
Fees: No costs involved.
Who can use this
- - Individuals aged 18-39 requiring breast or cervical cancer diagnostic services (as determined by a clinician) - Individuals aged 40 and above needing breast or cervical cancer screening and/or diagnostic services - Must reside or plan to reside in Oregon - Household income must be at or below 250% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL) - Must be uninsured or have insufficient insurance coverage Men of any age with breast cancer symptoms qualify for breast and genetic services. U.S. citizenship is not a requirement for participation in the ScreenWise program.
