About this resource
The offerings consist of routine physical examinations, sports physicals, treatment for illnesses and injuries, screenings for vision and blood pressure, immunizations, mental health services, age-appropriate reproductive health care, standard lab tests, management of prescription medications, and education on health, fitness, and nutrition.
Intake Procedure: Please call to schedule an appointment.
Fees: The facility accepts OHP and various private insurance plans, with sliding scale fees available. Students will not be denied services due to an inability to pay.
Who can use this
- All students enrolled in the Hillsboro School District, including those from home and private schools.

- Insurance information, if applicable. Income information for those applying for sliding scale fees.
