This service offers an information and referral line to assist community members in locating mental health and addiction service providers through a network of contracted professionals.
Intake Process: Call to get a referral to a contracted service provider. The OHP Member Access Line and the crisis line can help connect callers with individuals who can determine service eligibility.
Location: Situated next to the Hawthorn Farm MAX stop.
Costs: Accepts OHP, and there are no fees for patients without insurance.

- Individuals with Medicaid and those without insurance looking for mental health services.
