Washington County Behavioral Health

This service provides immediate care for individuals facing mental health and addiction challenges. It includes assessments, crisis counseling, information and referrals, educational resources on mental health and addiction, peer support, and connections to treatment providers. There is a designated waiting area for families with young children and youth, and larger counseling rooms are available for family and friend group sessions.

Intake Procedure: You can either walk in or call to schedule an appointment.

Travel/Location: Located next to the Hawthorn Farm MAX stop.

Fees: The service accepts OHP and offers no-cost options for uninsured patients.
