The county crisis line offers assistance to individuals dealing with mental health challenges, suicidal thoughts, or various crises. It is manned by Master's-level clinicians equipped to deliver telephone crisis counseling. Additionally, the crisis line can connect callers with referrals for ongoing treatment and support services, regardless of their eligibility for county-funded programs. If a phone resolution isn't possible, the crisis line may guide the caller to a nearby emergency room or dispatch the Washington County Mobile Crisis Team to the location of the caller.
