About this resource
This service provides immediate care for individuals facing mental health and addiction challenges. Offered services encompass evaluations for mental health and/or addiction issues, crisis counseling, information and referrals, educational resources on mental health and addiction, peer support, and connections to treatment providers. Additionally, family members can receive guidance and information regarding local community services.
Intake Procedure: You can walk in or call to schedule an appointment.
Travel/Location: Located next to the Hawthorn Farm TriMet MAX stop.
Fees: They accept OHP and there is no charge for patients without insurance.
