This service looks into reports of abuse, which may involve physical injury, financial exploitation, emotional or verbal mistreatment, forced isolation, wrongful restraint, non-consensual sexual contact, caregiver abandonment, neglect of basic needs, or self-neglect (when individuals cannot adequately care for themselves due to cognitive limitations, resulting in potential harm).
