About this resource
This program provides both court-ordered and voluntary mediation to help couples come to agreements regarding custody and parenting schedules prior to court hearings. Additionally, it includes educational and counseling services for co-parenting.

Fees: -Court-ordered Mediation and Parenting Education: $200 per individual, waived for those with a fee waiver or deferral. -New Ways for Families: $250 per person or $150 for individuals with a fee waiver or deferral. -Voluntary Mediation: $125 per person per session. -Counseling: $93.75 per person per session.
Who can use this
- -Court-ordered Mediation and Parenting Education: For parties with minor children involved in a domestic relations case in Washington County. -Voluntary Mediation: For parties with minor children not currently in a domestic relations case in Washington County. -All other services: Available to parties with minor children.
