About this resource
The services provided include routine physical examinations, sports physicals, treatment for various illnesses and injuries, vision and hearing assessments, blood pressure checks, vaccinations, mental health care, age-appropriate reproductive health services, standard lab tests, management of prescription medications, and education on health, fitness, and nutrition.
Intake Procedure: Appointments can be made via phone.
Travel/Location: Accessible via Trimet bus line 96.
Fees: The facility accepts OHP and select private insurance plans, offers sliding scale fees, and ensures that no student is denied service due to financial constraints.
