About this resource
This program provides both transitional and permanent housing, alongside treatment and supportive services for individuals on their recovery journey from addiction. The initiative is facilitated by peer mentors, and it offers intensive outpatient programs (IOP) as well as outpatient substance use disorder treatment across multiple locations.

Travel/Location: Accessible via Bus Line 57: Stop ID 268, 10129, 4116 Max Blue Line to Hatfield Government Center.
Fees: Costs differ based on the services and housing options selected. OHP is accepted for treatment services.
