About this resource
This program provides a range of treatment options for substance abuse, encompassing both general and intensive approaches. Services include family and individual therapy, assessments, individual and group counseling, medication-assisted treatment, toxicology testing, DUII services, care coordination, and case management.
Intake Procedure: Contact us for details and to arrange an appointment.
Travel/Location: Accessible via TriMet bus lines 31 King Road, 71 60th/122nd Avenue, and 72 Killingsworth/82nd.
Fees: We accept OHP and private insurance, and offer sliding scale fees for those without insurance.
Who can use this
- Individuals aged 18 and older, including those involved with child welfare or the criminal justice system.
Documents you may need
- Insurance information, if applicable. Proof of income if applying for sliding scale fees.
