About this resource
This program offers outpatient and intensive outpatient care for adults struggling with substance abuse, including a specific DUII Adult Addictions program for those mandated to undergo treatment due to a DUII conviction.
Intake Procedure: Contact us by phone.
Travel/Location: Accessible via TriMet Bus lines 76 or 78, stopping at the intersection of SW Scoffins and Main Streets.
Fees: We accept Oregon Health Plan (OHP), Medicaid, and Medicare. Assistance with enrollment is available for those needing coverage. Some services may be offered on a sliding fee scale, and we do not deny services based on an individual's ability to pay.
