About this resource

Delivers a variety of mental health services, which encompass case management, cognitive and creative therapies, skills development, job assistance, help with securing benefits and entitlements, prescriber services, medication oversight (active involvement in behavioral health counseling is necessary), financial management, medical coordination, and peer support services. Note that neurological assessments for ADHD or autism are not provided, and medication management is currently unavailable for new intakes.

Intake Process: To initiate intake, please call. If you reach voicemail, kindly leave your full name, date of birth, and Oregon Health Plan (OHP) ID number.

Fees: Charges vary and OHP is accepted.
