About this resource
This service looks into reports of abuse that may involve physical harm, financial exploitation, verbal or emotional mistreatment, forced isolation, wrongful restraint, unwanted sexual advances, caregiver abandonment, inadequate care, or self-neglect (which can occur when individuals are unable to care for themselves due to cognitive limitations, potentially resulting in harm).
Intake Procedure: You can report or inquire by making a phone call.
Travel/Location: The TriMet bus lines 12 and 94 have stops at Pacific Highway and Durham Road.
Fees: There are no charges for this service.
Who can use this
- Individuals aged 65 and older, or those aged 18 and older with physical or developmental disabilities or mental health issues.
