Intake Procedure: -Emergency services: Walk-in -For all other services: Please call to schedule an appointment.
Travel/Location: The TriMet bus 76 Beaverton/Tualatin offers frequent transportation to the hospital. Bus schedules can be found in the hospital lobby. Accessible via Exit 289 off I-5.
Fees: The facility accepts OHP, Apple Health, Medicare, and most private insurance plans. Financial assistance options may be available for patients without insurance.
