About this resource
This program delivers state-certified outpatient services for DUII and Substance Use Disorders (SUD), which encompass relapse prevention and addiction counseling, including support for problem gambling. It also provides assistance with parenting skills, trauma, stress management, anger management, life skills, and wellness coaching. Telehealth options are available through audio or video conferencing.
Intake Procedure: Schedule an appointment by calling.
Travel/Location: The facility is situated approximately 1 mile from I-5 and I-205, directly across from the Tualatin Public Library. It is accessible via TriMet bus lines, with stops located right in front of the office, and is just a short walk from the WES Tualatin train station.
Fees: Charges vary depending on the service, with a sliding scale fee available and acceptance of the Oregon Health Plan (OHP).
