About this resource
This program provides ongoing peer support groups for individuals mourning a death, as well as for those living with advanced serious illnesses. Services are accessible both in-person and online, and they also supply specialized information and referrals related to these subjects.
Intake Procedure: Contact us for an orientation appointment or to find out about the current support group schedule.
Fees: Free of charge.
Who can use this
- Children and teens aged 3-18, young adults aged 19-35, and their families who have lost a parent, primary caregiver, or sibling.
