About this resource
Reproductive Health Well Visits provide an extensive assessment of the patient's medical background, a thorough physical examination, and clinical tests for cervical cancer (pap), chlamydia, gonorrhea, syphilis, HIV, and Hepatitis B and C. Additionally, health education and counseling are offered on subjects such as reproductive health, contraceptive options, breast self-examinations, risks associated with STDs/HIV, pregnancy counseling, infertility, and issues related to domestic and sexual violence.

Fees: No charges for individuals with an income below 100% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL). A sliding scale fee structure is available for those earning between 101-250% FPL.
Who can use this
- Services are available regardless of US citizenship or Oregon residency, aimed at women with household incomes under 250% FPL, with no denial of service based on payment ability.
