Who can use this

Families living in inadequate housing must meet the following criteria: -Annual income between 40%-65% of the Area Median Income (AMI) for Yamhill County -Commitment to 200-400 hours of sweat equity in construction and partnership activities alongside volunteers -U.S. citizens or permanent residents with at least one year of residency or work in the service area -No bankruptcy in the past four years -A satisfactory credit history and criminal background check, evaluated based on individual circumstances without a minimum credit score requirement.
