This service facilitates mediation in a voluntary and confidential environment, where individuals facing disputes can meet with a neutral mediator to explore resolution options. It offers assistance with landlord/tenant conflicts and includes a juvenile victim/offender mediation program. Additionally, it provides periodic Small Claims Mediation Trainings for mediators and volunteers involved in small claims court mediations.
