About this resource
This service facilitates mediation through a voluntary and confidential approach, allowing individuals with disputes to meet with a neutral third-party mediator to explore resolution options. It is capable of addressing landlord/tenant conflicts and includes a program for juvenile victim/offender mediation. Additionally, it provides occasional Small Claims Mediation Trainings for mediators and volunteers involved in small claims court mediations.
