This program serves as a resource for older adults, individuals with disabilities, veterans, and their family members or caregivers who require assistance by offering information and connecting them with service providers from government, community, private, and non-profit sectors.

Travel/Location: If you are heading south into McMinnville on Highway 99, make a right (west) onto Second Street at the McMinnville Public Library. Continue for four miles, and you will see a business complex on your left. Turn left at the first entrance into the complex, drive between two buildings, and over a speed bump. The next building on your left will be a one-story beige structure.

Fees: There are no fees for this service.

  • Individuals aged 60 and above, adults with disabilities, veterans, and their family members or caregivers
